Elementary Advanced (Junior Tennis)

This class introduces mini tennis and full court tennis relay with tennis partners. Match simulated drills are introduced along with shot placement and mental toughness. There will be many fun games with and without a tennis racquet to improve hand-eye coordination and the cardiovascular level of the participants. We also introduce the fundamental tennis geometry (court positioning after shot execution).
